QuietEcho, operated by Austin chidi, offers a 30-day money-back guarantee on all paid subscriptions. If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you may request a full refund within 30 days of your order date.

How to request a refund

Refunds are processed by our payment provider, Paystack, which handles all subscription billing on our behalf. To request a refund:

• Email us at hello@quietecho.app from the address you used at checkout, or
• Contact us via in-app support and we will help you raise the request.

How long does it take?

Approved refunds are issued to your original payment method. It usually takes 5–10 business days for the funds to appear, depending on your bank.

Cancelling your subscription

You can cancel your subscription at any time from your account settings. Cancellation stops future renewals; you keep access until the end of the period you've paid for.
